Can Craig Proctor deliver on his promise? - “The Brightest Future Imaginable” Hummm…
QuantumLeap SuperConference - Every four months this guy comes across the border into the US promising 2,000 or so real estate agents the brightest future imaginable. (I guess some have better imaginations than others.)
Canadian real estate superstar Craig Proctor is arguably one of the best coaches for real estate agents. He has many of the most successful agents in his QuantumLeap program from across the US and Canada. I recommend his coaching program. But,… I’ll get to the But’s further on. For now, keep reading.
The strength of his program lies in his use and promotion of Dan Kennedy style marketing.
The biggest challenge that agents find when they get involved with Craig is to keep from getting “overwhelmed,” as so many new Proctor-ites try to do it all. It can seem that Craig has too many ideas, too many ways to grow your business that you find yourself beginning ten things, but not fully implementing anything. So, in a Dave Allen Getting Things Done approach, make lists of projects and actions - - and be sure that you categorize most of them as “someday maybe” otherwise you’ll feel overwhelmed.
And it gets worse. If you go to Craig Proctor’s Super Conference you’ll hear from the top agents who’ll give you a mind-numbing flood of ideas for your “someday maybe list” - - So, consider yourself warned.
The most important thing you need to do when you join his program is learn his Universal Call Back Script. It’s the best script I’ve seen. But, let’s face it, you still have to make those calls. Say what you want, “warm calls” “cold calls” - - They are calls to people’s homes when they didn’t ask to be called. And if they don’t answer, he says “Don’t leave a message… call back at another time until they do answer.” If you don’t like to make phone calls, you better get over it, or you’re going to have a hard time with Craig’s system. Or, you could work with Proctor-ite Greg Luther in his Residential Investor Network.

I have purchased Craig’s system, and yes it is a little overwhelming, but I can say that everytime I have e mailed Greg Luther with questions, he has responded and guided me through my cloud. I plan on attending the meeting in Florida. I do think until you fully understand the inner workings of how his system works, it can be over powering. He is teaching you to think and act different the 99% of the agents in Real Estate today. That in is’s self creates stress. I am looking forward to putting his system to the test.
