Zaken Corporation - The Whole Shocking Truth of Tiran Zaken Corp

Program review by Merle Braley, Internet Marketing Advisor

New review exposes Tiran Zaken’s Companies - Quick Sell Liquidators, the Zaken Corporation (www.justpayhalf.com and www.payjusthalf.com), Zaken Liquidation Club (ZLC Club), and Magic Kids and Company.

NOTE: The following video and review summary below includes quotes and opinions expressed by visitors of this website. These comments are very similar to what I’ve read on other review sites. As with any business decision, you should do your own research. You should never base your decision purely on readers’ comments any more than you would base your decision on a company’s advertisements. Either may include inaccuracies. Personally, I prefer to read customer reviews than the company advertisements. There are many to read below. - - But, be sure to do your own research before making a business decision.

Let’s get right to the point. If you are thinking of doing business with any of Tiran Zaken’s companies read the comments from readers below this review!

the Zaken Corporation has been banned by Importers.com

According to the Importers.com web-site the Zaken Corporation has been banned from doing business with them siting complaints of scam and unprofessional business practices. This is consistent with the comments by readers of this review. See below.

Zaken Liquidation Club

What I’ve been told by my sources (mostly people who’ve called me, or I’ve found on the web) is that the deal that Tiran Zaken’s Quick Sell Liquidators offers is training and tools necessary to be an expert in locating surplus goods. With that knowledge you scout out large lots of merchandise that need to be liquidated and submit the information and a sample to the Zaken Company and in return they make arrangements to find a buyer for the surplus goods and split profit as well as a finders fee.Sounds like a good idea. But, … Zaken has a bad reputation for delivering on his part of the deal. See the readers comments below. These comments are similar to what I’ve seen on many other review sites. I’ve had people call me practically in tears because they’ve spent so much money on Zaken’s programs, but haven’t seen any returns. Looks like everyone gets a raw deal from this guy - customers, ex-employees, business partners, and purchasers. The name of Tiran Zaken’s company seems to keep changing, but the story stays pretty much the same.Call it what you will. The Zaken Comp, change it to Quick Sell Liquidators, the Zaken Corporation, Zaken Liquidation Club, or the ZLC Club. Everything I’ve been able to find about Zaken and his various permutations have been negative. Complaints range from rude managers to ineffective training materials. We’re talking lawsuits Zaken and complaints filed with the BBB and more.Supposedly Tiran Zaken president of Zaken has taken it upon himself to restore his companies reputation and claims that all the customer service problems were the result of a vindictive employee. I just wonder if he’s even had to resort to making up friends. For example, who is this Miguel Arechavaleta so called opportunity investigator in a recent full page ad? Is that Zaken’s make believe friend? (Please help me. If you know the deal with this Mr. Arechaveleta let me know so I can complete the story.)And what about this. Is the famous clothing designer Isaac Mizrahi a partner with Zaken in Magic Kids & Company?I’m told that Zaken goes by Ron Zaken, or T. Ron Zaken as well.

My advice, based on everything that I’ve heard on Zaken’s way of doing business is to avoid the Zaken Corporation or any of it’s permutations. Be sure to read the comments at the end of this review from others like you who have tried Zaken’s programs.

I have not yet found anyone who has had a good experience with any of Zaken’s companies.

Tiran Zaken

Mr. Tiran Zaken, Ron T. Zaken, Ron Zaken, or…? In a full page advertisement for Tiran Zaken, Miguel Arechavaleta claims to be an opportunity investigator. The ad opens with My name is Miguel Arechavaleta. Many of you have read my articles. I write weekly newpaper columns on ways to make money. Could it be that Mr. Arechavaleta is none other than Mr. Tiran Zaken himself? From my investigations so far it appears that Tiran Zaken would be unable to find such a fan or champion for his company. The only places that I’ve found positive statements about Tiran Zaken or the Zaken Corporation are in ads paid for by Zaken. The ad that “Mr. Arechavaleta” is in was quite obviously paid for by Zaken.Does anyone know this Mr. Arechavaleta who wrote the ad for Tiran Zaken? Is he real, or just a fictional story made up by Mr. Zaken?

Magic Kids and Company

MagicKidsUSA

Phone: 818-883.3900
Fax: 818-883.3349

8235 Remmet Ave
Canoga Park,
California, 91304 U.S.A.

Given my findings with this and all other companies associated with Tiran Zaken I recommend not doing business with Magic Kids and Company, Inc.In a full page advertisement for Magic Kids and Company, Isaac Mizrahi claim is as vague as Miguel Arechavaleta’s claim in another similarly written ad for Zaken. The Magic Kids ad opens with My name is Isaac Mizrahi. If my name sounds familiar to you, it’s because I’ve been ia very successful businessman for many years. This appears to be just another example of Zaken’s way of scamming the public. The real Isaac Mizrahi is a famous clothing designer. My sources tell me that the famous designer is NOT involved with Tiran Zaken’s company. In fact, they say that there isn’t anyone named Isaac Mizrahi working with Magic Kids and Company. If you know the answers to this, please enter a comment below.

  4. I joined Zaken Corp. about three months ago. I purchased a designed web site from them. Then I joined the Zaken Liquidatios Club. I purchased 5,000 post cards with my dealer code on them, and have sent out a few hundred. To date I have had no notice of any sales what so ever. They keep sending me more stuff to purchase to increase my profit percentage, etc. I have had a few conversations on the phone with personel of Zaken about no action yet and all they say is that you must advertise more and wait it out. After finding and reading the info about this company I’m starting to feel like I’ve been had also. I don’t know what to do at this point. I have also become a dealer for Magic Kids. I have sent out about 500 flyers to both Stores and parents and have had no puchases. I also purchased about 800.00 worth of flyers and catalogs to date. Are you telling me that these guys are scam artists too? I also sent approximately 200 flyers to nonprofit organizations and churches. It’s been about two weeks and no sales there either. Between the two companies I’ve got a couple thousand dollars invested. Is there anything I can do to re-coop my money?

  5. Thank you very much. I got his letter today and I was actually considering it, but thought I would check for info on the internet - am really glad I did. Are there any bonafide offers for stay at home work out there? I’ve had too many heart attacks and can no longer work at a job. (I’m not hireable)

  11. TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

My name is Zelda Jefferson I had recieved a letter in the mail two weeks ago from Mr. Zaken
i was very skeptical at first because it sounds
to good to be true, so i end up calling Mr. Zaken to see if the business is legitimate he wasn’t available I End up talking to one of his personal assistant and he assure me that everything was real and legitimate so i end up signing up over the phone, I recieved the kit last week I paid $148.00 which is going to be deducted from my credit card on 5/02/08, I order on 4/2/08 I was excited when i first recieved it because here I’m believing that I’m
going to be making the money he mention that i can make Iopen it look over the materials Friday
I didn’t start working unti 4/15/08 I notice when i was calling this company’s a couple of them were already fimilar with Zaken Liquidations they provided me negative feedback about this company two people whom I spoken to told me that i need to get my money back because he’s a scam artist and i need to do research on his company because Zaken Corp is getting alot of complaints, lawsuits, and he doesn’t stand up to what he’s telling people and that i need to check complaints.com, BBB.org
scam .com etc. While i just check to see if he’s a member of the BBB come to find out he’s not so they were right about him. I’m going to
call his company and cancel and get my money
back. He also offer a refund if things doen’t work out within 30 days on top of the full refund i paid for it.

    Thanks!

  12. The mailer I got to-day from ZAKEN LIQUIDATION CLUB has a slightly different spin to the one you talk about. In mine they have me mail out (probably at MY expense !!) brouchers directing people to their “amazing website” where no-one can refuse to buy these fantastic bargins that they have to offer. I find the people and stores that will trip over themselves to buy their stuff and they will ship the goods to them and I get 50% of what they buy. But…..I must act now cause this is a limmited opportunity to get filthy rich!!

  13. I currentkt dealing with both companies Magic Kids and quick sell liquidation ran by Zaken corporation. I believe this company are run by the same person. speak to an operator to ask any questions.I wish i can speak to someone to curse them out.

  15. I’m just an ordinary man on Social Security, with a need of a few dollars cash, to pay off my mortgage. About a week ago, I thought this was not a scam out of all the rest, and sent in my money to Zaken Corp. I was so sure it was not a scam because of the times that we’re in! I received a pre-printed letter today telling me that my course would be forthcoming. What a disappointment to say the least, after what I found out on the web. Next time I’ll use the computer before acting upon some other venture. How do I get my money back? It amounted to over one hundred dollars! I was regretably thrilled about getting some administrative work at (home) because of my health and age. I thought it was just what the doctor had ordered for keeping busy besides. Jerry.

  17. this company promises you to make so much money and the next thing you get in the mail is asking for more money to provide buyers. i feel it is a scam on top of a scam

  18. It seems the Zaken Corporation is on the Prowl Again. Yesterday, I received a letter from Tiran Zaken. This was a 20+ page letter with testimonials, and a Guarantee, you do not pay one dime until after you profit. However, they do want a post dated check or cc number, neither one will be cashed until 30 days is up? Right. This entire letter reeked of a scam. I spent 30+ years in Sales, and I recognized the Sales Techniques in his letter. Hopefully, you will update and warm people of this new ploy. It is mailed through US Mail, Bulk Sorted, but Stamped??? That was a red flag alert to start with. I hope alot of people avoid falling for this latest scam. Thanks,
    Sharon

  19. Thank you for this informational contact. I was about to call “The Zaken” Corporation and give them my credit card number to get started in his wonderful money making corporation. If it wasnt for sites like Hot Sheet I would probably have been in some hot water! Thanks again and keep up all the great work helping to protect good peoples money. Robert Barnett 5/16/08 4:17p.m.

By robert Barnett on May 18, 2008

  20. I just wonder how The Zaken Corporation got hold of my address to send me this “opportunity?” Robert Barnett

By robert Barnett on May 18, 2008

  21. Yeah- A few days ago I ordered Mr Zakens (free) home business liquidation package after receiving an offer in the mail stating that I could try the business free for 30 days and if I was not happy with my results (as his testimonials show) I could return it free of charge(abd not pay $180 or so). It seemed like a good offer- he promises the package contains information such as where to find liquidations, his purchasing turnaroundis also stated, and I thought this might be a worthwhile business. I dont know if Mr Zaken has changed ANY of the business practices reported on this website and my kit arrives tomorrow- So help me!(and others too!) You see, in the mailer I received Mr Zaken is making an offer (for a free kit) that for the first 100 respondents he PERSONALLY (or his staff) will mentor and coach these people and ‘gaurantee’ them success or they pay nothing! Now I dont know what to expect and wonder if I can get my money back!- so far Ive paid about 16.00 for shipping and handling so I hope he doesnt attempt a further charge and he will keep his agreement! So, since this guy has tried to remake himself, I would urge your website to rescrutinize this guy again, and find out what hes up to. I need it- and apparently a lot of other people hes made big promises to lately. I could almost sack myself- I didnt do a search on this guy until today. I guess the lesson is-do your homework boys and girls and always investigate a business (on a site like this one)before investing your cash
By the way please investigate this new offer for the benefit of me and all the other people who are calling this guys 1800 number 24 hours a day- please act soon- theyre coming fast!

By Brian (Taylor) on May 20, 2008

  22. My husband and I sat down to review the materials I ordered and he suggested I do some web research on Zaken. What I have found is totally different than what they promise. I am going to request my money back or put a stop payment on my check asap. Thanks for the information.

By leslie on May 26, 2008

  23. Why has nobody contacted a Lawyer involving this “company”? Or at least gotten a law suit filed against this Zaken guy? If he’s making a profit off of other people doing his “dirty work”, isn’t there a pliable suit you could file against his company? By law, he HAS TO pay the percentage he’s promised & signed to in his letter(s).

I think if everyone who’s been scammed would attempt to sue or file a law suit - or at least report him to the Better Business Bureau AND their state’s Attorney General, this guy will either have to quit his slave labor dealings (that’s what it’s called when he doesn’t pay you for what you’re doing!) or he’ll have to pay out the percentage he’s promised.

Am I wrong on this? Take action people!!

  24. I got the letter in the mail today. I thought it would be a good thing, I really thought I had found exactly what I was looking to do on the side, then something told me to google the zaken corporation. I am so glad I did. Thankyou to everyone, now I know that it is a scam and I will not send my money. I know just what to do with this letter.

  26. I, too, was excited when I read the initial letter. I currently have time available to make calls and have done cold-calling in the past so I thought this would be perfect. Except what I ordered did not match up with what I got. Now I’m suppose to pay $500 for a list of people to call. It’s only suppose to go to 2 Associates but you have to send it back before you can get another one. How many times do you think that list has been around the block? I am very disappointed. Since I work in a service industry and people are predictibly nervous right now and not spending as much money on non-necessities, I thought this was an opportunity of a lifetime. Nope, I just got taken again. Robin

By Robin Jordan on May 30, 2008

  27. I , was excited about a home based business. I am 71 years old, living on a fixed income and was needing extra money to take care of evey day expenses, I got the material, looked over it, then a letter vame too good to be true, a deal of a lifetime so he was saying, free marketing leads for the rest of my life for 495.00 but get this 70% profit instead of 50%.wll I tried the internet seeking more information. Am I glad I did, I got more information than i bargained for from all you people who had shared you experience…Now all the material will be returned and I am off of Mr. Zaken’s list.

By Katheryn on Jun 2, 2008

  28. I too, have taken the bate. I believed I’d be making money hand over fist. I got the package, and it is asking me to invest scads more money to really be into the big bucks. If he has lists of contacts, and it’s so easy to do, why doesn’t he just have his in house people do the contacting and make all the money? It smells awfully fishy to me. It’s past time to put this guy away.
It has to be mail fraud. There’s no way he couldn’t be raking in all this liquidation business himself with less effort than it takes to do all this scamming of all of us. Has anyone made those big annual incomes? I think not. Let’s get this guy! Jay

I received his packet of information on getting rich with his propositions he wants a post dated check one month from the date u send it to him, he claims its his way of not collecting a cent before you test out his buisness and actually make money. It sounded too good to be true and I decided to Google him and came across your articles.Thank you for saving me because i was almost convinced his scheme would work.It would have really hurt me financially since i am on Social security only and cant afford a scheme like his thanks again joe

  38. I received the same 14 pages letter from Tom Nelson in Florida for the Zaken Liquidation Corporation selling the company’s offer of helping others make easy money by working 1-2 days a week. I decided to log on to zaken.com, zlc.com, the zaken liquidation corporation.com which led me to your webpage. I was about to call them to subscribe but I wanted to see what type of merchandise they sell, but couldn’t find it except this site. I have however purchased the magic kids kit two years ago, but I was turned off after receiving the kit and they wanted me to buy another kit which helps increase my opportunities/sales more quickly. Thank you for the review.

  39. Hey I too have been taken just because things are rough around here. Now how do I get my moeny back or is this also a dream? I wanted to believe that I could make enough to pay bills but Zaken Corp. has done nothing but cost me. Time and money put into this hoax.

  40. My mother received the information from Zaken Corp. Until today, I was unaware that she had already sent one check to this scam artist. I tried to enter the QuikSell site and only received site not available or error messages. After finding the review site were my uneasy feelings realized. My mother is now putting a stop on the check and ditching this idea immediately. Like many others, we would like to make extra money just to help us keep up with the cost of living. Thank you all for your experiences, it was a great help.

  42. I received the Magic Kids about three weeks ago and then the ZLC yesterday. Fortunately, I was the accounting manager many years ago for a metal fabrication company and learned the ways of the purchasing game by observation. Most, if not all buyers have the buddies who they buy from. If you are a major supplier, these buddies make sure you get wined and dined on a regular basis. There is absolutely no reason buyers at any decent size retailer would order from ZLC (ultimately you). All major retailers have volume pricing discounts with suppliers just like the auto industry. The more of the suppliers’ product they sell, the more discount (aka rebate on purchase cost)they get. ZLC and Magic Kids are minor players in the grand scheme of things at best.

  43. Oops…should have clarified I received the come on, I did not purchase the program.

    By Mike P on Jun 10, 2008

  44. Bought into the idea of being able to locate, negotiate and submit merchandise for their proffessional sales staff to get rid of. After 3 deals they promise most of my money will be returned. Big problem. After submitting dozens of items (off their suggested item list) not one, 0, items did they sell. Caps, womans hats, bandanas, leather coats, scarves, sweaters, aloe based sun products. warehouses full of items, the list goes on. Remember these guys do not buy anything, they are supposedly brokers (not very good ones). Did I do it right? Lets see. Per their suggestions I, got a website, postcards, letterhead, business cards, additional phone line, additional e-mail address and subscribed to their $500 lifetime leads list. The names were to say the least a joke. I immediately asked for my money back, no response. Beauty shops, bike repair, tanning salons, please. 5 months of trying to make this work and nothing. Rejection after rejection of merchandise submitted. Hundreds of dollars in postage and long distance and not one sale on their part. Instead of feeling like an idiot I choose to go after my money spent and expose this jerk. CA. STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL will be alerted. Every RIPOFF SITE, Consumer group and news orgganization will hear from me. I will spend as much time and effort going after this guy as I spent locating, negotiating and submitting liquidated merchandise. By the way my investment was over $3,000.00 I have requested a portion of that back, just the money sent to them. After 3 weeks no response. Be carefull folks, this is the worst type of preditor. Anyone want to join me in a class action suit. I have documented everything and this guy pays up or answers for his lies. Join me. Wish I would of found this site before I jumped in.

    By Mike A on Jun 11, 2008

  45. I too, received Mr Zaken’s 14 page letter in the mail. I was very disappointed to learn that this too was a scam. We are hard working people trying to supplement our incomes and make better lives for our families and there are people like Mr. Zaken who make a living cheating and stealing from us. I am happy I googled his company and come across your site. Thank you!

    By Alicia J on Jun 12, 2008

  46. Wow, thank you. You saved me money and lots of it. I signed up for the website but couldn’t get anyone to answer my emails or phone calls. After waiting no less than 20 minutes every time I called, I got the picture and was sick to my stomach. Then found your site and it was confirmed…these guys are dishonest jerks. 47. I received the Zaken Corp. letter today June 13 2008. I am glad that I read the letter and then went online to check it out. It sounds to good to be true,(and most likely that is true). Thanks to all who have negative things to say about Zaken Corp.

I guess when i receive the package i will be sending it back for a full refund. i guess like they always say if it sounds to good to be true then it is!! Hopefully they will refund my money with no problems. For their they better!!

By Gail Roberds on Jun 14, 2008

  51. Hey Gail and others:
I did the exact thing you did. I placed an order this morning. But after reading all of the negative experiences that others have already had, I immediately called them back to cancel. Well, since today is Saturday, the representative at the “order placement desk” stated that I had to call back on Monday to talk to someone at the “customer service desk.” He stated that he was only responsible for taking the order but could not cancel the order Gail, just in case you don’t have the number, it is 805-262-6700. First thing Monday I will be calling and canceling my order. Good luck to you and all of you who have been “hood-winked” by this corporation. It’s a shame how dishonorable some people can be. On the other hand however, I am most grateful for this website here-choke-full of good information; otherwise, I would not have discovered this until after I had become so deeply and disappointedly involved in this home-based business scam.

By marion on Jun 14, 2008

  52. Thank You!!! to all who have given feedback. After reading through 20 pages of sales fluff the fluff was beginning to smell like FISH. The above responses confirm that.

The topping on the cake is the appeal to emotion at the end of the letter with an offer to give you a gift even if you are not in the first 100 to respond. Big deal the a–hole already has your personal information, credit card number or bank tracking number.

The trail to the rest of your identity is not that hard to follow. Even I could send you a gift worth $129 (if that is true) and make a profit.

Sorry, not in the market for fish today.

  53. I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THIS SAME PERSON THE OTHER DAY AND THANK GOD THAT YOU PEOPLE HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE BULL WITH THIS MAN AND REALIZED IT WAS A SCAM THAT OTHERS DOES NOT KNOW. I AM GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME WITH A BABY AND DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GET SCAMMED FOR THE 100TH TIME IN 2 YEARS!!! IS THERE A LEGIT WORK AT HOME COMPANY OUT THERE OR ARE THERE IS IS SCAMS TO MUNIPULATE US. THIS IS THE END OF ALL EVIL SO I HOPE THIS {offensive slur deleted} ZAKEN GUY GETS WHAT HE DESERVES!!!!!

  54. After a huge awakening from money lost on internet “outstanding bargains” I read the 21 page letter, put it down, went to the computer and “googled Zaken Corporation”. This is what I found, and I thank you for a terrific service you’re providing to the general public. Maybe scam artists will find their earnings drying up because of help such as yours. Thanks, for your diligence.

  55. Thank you very much for the info on the Zaken Corp. I have been scammed out of thousands already trying to find a legitimate job on-line in order supplement my husbands income. It is very hard these days to get by. I am just glad I found this site before I got scammed again. Once again, Thank you.

  56. I just recieve a 20 page letter from The Zaken Corp. And I just thought to look their company up. Because this day and time people are looking for a honest way to make more income for there family. And It seem that a person or persons would always look for some kind of scam to take people little income that they have left. It needs to be put to a STOP.
And shame on these kind of people. They must not have the fear of GOD in there lives.

By keturah latimer on Jun 16, 2008

  57. I also thought this offer was too good to be true. I got the packet yesterday and googled Mr. Zaken today. If you use your credit card, call the credit card company and tell them what happened, that it is a scam and put the charge in dispute. You don’t have to pay while they are investigating the charge and they are more apt to get your money back for you than you are by calling the company.

By Peggy on Jun 17, 2008

  58. Yep, I got a letter also. One thing I have learned is if it sounds to good to be true then it’s probably a scam. I as well as many others have been looking for a way to increase my income to pay off debt. I fell into a scam once before to the tune of $1200.00, Thank GOD the Attorney General stepped in and I got every penny back. They need to create better laws to prevent things like this from happening to innocent people who are looking for a LEGAL income.

By Tracy on Jun 17, 2008

  59. STACY;
You wrote back in April, but if I were you, I would contact my Credit Card Company and have them cancel the Charges by Zaken. They can do that and save you the cost of doing business this way.

I first checked on complaints found on another site. I the checked the “RipOff Report” and they claim the corporation is going through changes getting rid of bad seeds in their employment. RipOff claims they are legit. Then I came into your site and found most recent claims. I will be trashing this. I have one week to come up with my house payment or lose the house. I need the money I have now. Thank you.

By Steve on Jun 24, 2008

  75. I have been scammed before and I always google before I jump in. I knew it was too good to be true. Usually, if it sounds too good to be true, then it is definitely not!

By Gladys on Jun 24, 2008

  76. Went for MAGIC KIDS scam.. Even told the customer service rep I felt it a scam yet I would try it…What the heck…I’m on hiatus right now!!
After signing up, I went to open their site. I saw your site first.. Then went to Magic Kids site which is under construction…or Error msg. on subject line so it cannot be opened.
I called Magic Kids and wanted to cancel order just placed 5 minutes prior.
He said I would have to call tomorrow and the card would not be charged for 30 days anyway..I asked him for the proper website address.. He said it was not working yet… I asked him how in the heck is anyone going to order anything with my I.D. number if the site is not even valid?? And these testimonials??? How are they making money if there is no website?? I figured they were just after everyone’s $150 - $1000.s of dollars….Another hoax…What a weird world full of creepy money grabbing, no integrity A–holes…

So I called my credit card company….They put the card on Black list (lost/stolen/fraud etc.) and are sending me a card with new number.
I suggest anyone who is still within the 30 day guarantee with any of these companies, call their credit card company (making sure the card has not been charged) and changing number immediately….C/C company will send you a new card with same account (just new numbers) immediately rendering the old card number invalid….7 to 10 days turn around to receive new card.
There is more than one way to skin a rat….
Thank you for this site, you confirmed what everyone knows is obvious but wants to believe in something real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Sincerely,
    Denise

  78. I received my “letter” about Magic Kids and was somewhat cautious because it looked very familiar from something I received a couple of months ago. I figured a few minutes on the Net would clear up things and sure enough it did. I’ve been looking for a home based biz for over two years and I’ve found nothing legit that doesn’t require at least $60 to start and a fair amount of elbow grease & time. The multiple companies scenario, (let alone the complaint list) proves this guy has little imagination and hence could never run a profitable business. I’m staying clear of this one Thanks to everyone’s input!

    {I deleted Mike’s phone number before posting - Merle}

    By Mike B. on Jun 25, 2008

  79. First of all, thank you for this website!

    Dear all,
A couple of things. Always do your due dilligence! This website is proof that a 5 minute check saves you 160,-, how’s that for an easy income? (multiply by 12, your hourly wage = 1920,- !).

Second of all..let’s not kid ourselves here..all of us are looking for easy money. The proof is that we read letters like this and even if you researched and didn’t get scammed (yay), you still were looking for easy money (and why not? It’s just a waste of time I can tell you). So did I .. I am a hard working guy and will likely always be. But I will also keep looking for opportunities (a bit better than this). I don’t think easy money exists unless you would do the following:
Take 10% of the costs proposed in each of these type of letters you receive (trust me, your names are out there for sale as proven gold diggers through websites, mailings you react to etc). You do this for 1 year. Go to the casino and put everyting on red/black. Walk away happy (you lost only 10% of the total 100% scam amounts proposed) or you walk away extremely happy!!
(yes, only one try and get out of there immediately! Casino’s are equally guilty re: scam)

As for me? I do believe in online. I will build my own sites and try to generate income (next to work) with integrity. lilaf.com (Live Laugh) will one day be online. No clue yet what it will be but it sounded quite alright to start with:)

Good luck for all of you and stay away from the mass mailed letters!

  83. 0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED << this is what I got the 2nd time I tried to access this kids website for clothing. Now I do feel for you that have wasted money on this kind of a scam.

But I was quick enuff to catch onto the fact this was wayyyy to good to be true. In fact the letter I received today is back in my mailbox with attn to the postman.. You dropped this junkmail off in my mailbox, now please do me another favor and dispose of it for me.

It’s too bad this scam artist is just smart enuff not to have a postage paid envolope or I’d send him all the junkmail I have for the week/month.

Good luck to those of you that are trying to get your money back now. I’ll take that 148.00 this jerkwad is asking for and waste it on something like… A COLD BEER !

By Vic on Jun 26, 2008

  84. I am a member of Magic Kids USA and the web site does run. I don’t know why there is a problem with people logging on, just try again. Sometimes it doesn’t come up for any number of reasons known only to computer techies. I haven’t had any sales yet, mostly because things like this do take time, they do offer me more programs to partake of, but unless I see the money I’ll wait for my portion of this company to be self-supporting.
Other things I have tried with little results are due to my being unable to be more active in my personal promotion. So I am being more aggressive in this endeavor, I will post any of my results here, whether good or bad. But I don’t think MagicKids is a rip=off.

By John Landry on Jun 27, 2008

  85. I too got the Zaken offer on June 5. “Just send a 30 day post dated check…” Well I did and almost three weeks later I got the materials and supply of flyers. Im a stay at home mom for the most part and thought this would be a great way to bring in some extra cash. I viseted the ZLC website and figured that was enough research. A friend told me I was too gullable and that I better google it. Thank you. I already put money into mailing out those flyers but at least it was in time to stop me from ordering more, and put a stop payment on my check. What a dissapointment!

    By Hannah S. on Jun 27, 2008

  86. I just recieved the no-risk advertising also. I’m glad I came here before I went any farther. Thanks for all the input. I hope this continues for all the fake money making opportunities out there. If it is too good to be true, then I guess it is’nt. There should be a law against such mailings.

By Diana on Jun 27, 2008

  87. I CAN RELATE!!! When I originally signed up for this program in March, there was an old ripoff report from 2005 in which Mr. Zaken had resolved the issues and assured that the company had changed its practices. However, if it sounds too good to be true, be weary, unlike myself. Since trying this program, more mail is sent from Zaken to continue to have me buy in, yet, with $0.00 made to date and lots of money spent on the hopes of a legitiamate business, I have become frustrated. There is A LOT more negative information that has been listed in the past few months than there was at the time when I originally looked this guy up. I have been attempting to find legitimate work from home due to rising gas prices and my husband and I thought we researched this before we jumped in with both feet. We have spent lots of money- the program, the business stationery and cards, the lifetime directory membership ($500)-what a joke!, profit-sharing affiliation, postcards to send to businesses, and advertising cards, as well as a website designed through them, and a voicemail number through a company he recommended in the original material, not to mention the postage for mailings, the phone, the computer, etc. UGH! Rejections were numerous- I would have no takers on the directory lists, and the one lead I received and hoped would finally come about, regards products that Zaken doesn’t buy! The original material I received didn’t mention anything like that and it took forever–over a week to receive a response from the company, despite the “always there to help the associates promise”. The directories are a joke, yet the lure sounded sincere. Most of the companies listed are for products that Zaken doesn’t deal with and the quantities that he is looking for as well as the cheap price he desires are laughable. I have since requested a refund from them and I hope that it will be coming to me soon. It seems that we all just want to find a way to supplement the income in our homes so that our families can be taken care of, we contribute to the financial wellbeing of our loved ones, and to feel that we are not a failure. Unfortunately, it seems that more times than not, others are just waiting to pounce on those of us who are just trying to do things honestly. Please be weary of such offers and I hope that this company will have enough complaints that it will no longer be able to hurt anyone. If there is a legitimate business from home out there to be had, I would love to know what it is.

By Jennifer on Jun 27, 2008

  88. I received a letter from Zaken 2months ago. I thought it sounded like a great opportunity to make easy money. Then received a letter almost identical from a different co. I even called. Zaken gives his phone number to his office and he said if you call during bus hrs you can speak to him personally. Thank You for your comments. I almost did it

By Karen Christiansen on Jul 11, 2008

  89. Although I paid the $147 I thought he sent a little too much information about more offers even before you start making any money. I became skeptical, so I decided to go to the website, am I glad I did. Now I will return the package for a full refund. I thought he had another name before. He does need to be sued. Hope it can be done to stop this kind of preying on innocent people.

  91. I received the 20 page letter in the mail about 3 weeks ago and threw it away. I received another 20 page letter again yesterday and finally read it. It sounds too easy to be making that kind of money that they claim. After researching this on the internet, I find this to be a scam! The govt should be involved overseeing these crooks, just like they should have been overseeing the oil speculators and the mortgage industry who was giving loans away like candy to make them a quick buck. Look at the situation we are in now! We are almost in another “Great Depression” due to lax oversite by our govt! These crooks should be liable to pay back every red cent they stole from the public!

But just out of curiousity I googled the company (the promise of cheap name brand clothes got the better of me.) I’m glad I did! Is there anyway to put a stop to this kind of scam? You would figure the government would have tougher laws on such practices. Thanks for the website, it was very helpful.

By CECIL E KELLEY on Jul 22, 2008

  96. Magickidsusa has absolutely top-knotch clothes at low cost. I’m sorry that they try to sell marketing packs too, but the clothes really are something to brag about. It’s legit. If you’re not after a get-rich-quick scheme and can go out and work the business and make contacts, you can make money. Again, this is liquidation stuff, not seconds. I’m looking at our stuff right now, Abercrombie and Fitch, Baby Azure, Nick Jr. Perfect condition, low cost, delivers when they say. Forget the naysayers amd look into it as a legit business. Everyone who’s rich gets a black eye for their practices sometimes.

By Jean White on Jul 22, 2008

  97. I received this same letter, but before this I got another one from a Dry-Tech systems or something, with a very similar operating system, (ie, you pay $149 for a “kit”, you’re supposed to advertise for them because you can do it “better”, they quickly send opportunities for you to “upgrade” and make even more money, etc., etc).

I went ahead and ordered the kit, but then I looked online and found a few sites similar to this one. I got really nervous, because I couldn’t really afford to lose the $150, so I returned the box as soon as it came, unopened.

I received a call from them about it, asking why I had returned it. The lady was very pleasant, so I made up some b.s. story about not having the time, and I ended up never being charged, which I was happy about.

I had heard though, that some people who had paid their money definitely could not get it back, and don’t use a debit card because you can’t stop the transaction, only dispute it. Please be careful, and don’t give anybody money without checking them out online first, ok?

By Benjamin on Jul 22, 2008

  98. I received the magic kids letter yesterday and this morning instead of going out for the paper for my daily library ritual, I read the entire letter. Very convincing but since I did work as an auditor for several years prior to this real economic crunch; I knew better. Did the research on this scam and instead ready to tell the world about this one and others I almost got suckered into. Some years ago I actually would send money for promises that I can’t begin to find for a refund.

  103. Well… duh! I saw this same scam back in 1994 and actually got involved. I think I spent $49.95 for a manual and the chance to take a test to become a certified liquidator. At the time the Internet didn’t have sites you could go to that pointed out scams. We were still running Windows 3.1. So as soon as I got this letter from Zaken, I knew what was up about 3 pages into it. Zaken must have worked for the outfit I got involved with. The MO is exactly the same. I will say that these deals do exist. I found one near Boston for sporting goods but the company I was dealing with had no source to sell to, so they said, and I had a warehouse full of merchandise! That was it for me… game over!!

I told my daughter about it and we decided to get online to check it out first. Thank the Good Lord we came across this review. You saved us from great disappointment. God Bless all who read this!

  108. has anyone had a hard time getting their money back from these people? I too, unfortunately bought into this business, and after almost a month of advertising, and spending $295.00 on a web site, decided to cancel my account, but, they said they can’t refund my money unless I send back the Quick sell guide! I just wondered if any of you had to do this, and if they did refund you or not? Cause, think it’s strange that they have to ave that training guidesent back to them, before they can refund me! Are they trying to do this, so they don’t have any way to be tracked, and don’t pay me my money?

  109. All I can say I thank God I decided to Google and look up the company to see if it was legit! My Daddy always said since I was very little; if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is too good to really be true……

I just opened the letter from someone that says they are Isaac Mizrahi VP of Magic Kids Inc. Because I too have a little experience and had some major questions to some of the info put out in the letter, the red flags were flying. It is so very hard when one is not able to work due to a disability and as many, cannot make ends meet right now. They see to prey on many in this area. It was also addressed to my name I use so I know the name and info is being sold and must be “junk mail” sent to me. That of course was the first red flag.

I am sorry to hear some did send money and even more money. I pray you all get it back.

For the one that said there is a real website and one can order some nice stuff. Maybe that is true…but they keep all the money and do not share their wealth. They do not seem to have any legit type of system to keep track of the persons that should be getting the ‘commission.’ Everything was too vague, and if they had a legit one, they would have been more detailed in their little letter. So one can order, but the persons that should be getting the % of the profits gets nothing and the ‘rip-offs’ are pocketing all of it.

Again, Thank God we have this sight to review rip-offs like them!

    God Bless!

  110. I don’t understand why only one positive comment with no real backing behind it was even published. I guess that you have to publish the good and the bad. My point is with all of the negetive comments, that one positive one only makes that company seem even more scrupulous. The internet seem like Sodom and Gomora to me… is there not one righteous (legitimate), opportunity for an individual here. And then someone pointing out another companies misdoings and then offering ways to actually make some real money because they have been scammed to is brilliant. Yes this website offers a lot of comments to the ill on Mr. Z and his companies, but if you think about it…. ‘this’ is a smart move. Bash the other guy, play on peoples financial emotions, then seperate yourself from the bad guy and watch all of the money come rolling in. What make you any different. Is it because you tell us that you are like us, and that you are tired of the scams. Seems to me that just because you offer opions from people who have been so called scammed by Mr. Z, you are no different than he. To the grass roots of it, you both are in it soley to make money and nothing else. And by the way, I too have taken the Magic Kids bate.

I just recieved letters from them both. If I hadn’t tried to check out the website first, and

you want to watch for is ONLINE SURVEYS which
say it’s free free free!!! Its not by the time you go through the whole process which takes up considerable time guess what?? RIGHT !!

  117. I ordered a Magic Kids Kit with a post dated
check. I received the kit in a couple of weeks.
The kit is well planned and has good bussiness
strategy. However there is no way to track how
many sales you may be responsible for. I tried
their phone number but got no answer several
times.I will cancel my check. Too bad ,if done
right it could have been a good bussiness, I sell real estate but would like to wind down.
If you have a legitimate home based bussiness
I’d like to know about it.

Thankyou for your input I am returning the packet for a full refund. I read the comments you got and every cash amount is different this alone tells you something is wrong.

I understand there is a class action suit filed and would surely like to make sure that my name is on it. Does anyone have any information. I also requested a refund on all the programs I enrolled on and have not received a penny or a reply. These people need to be stopped. Has anyone contacted the Attorney Generals Office? 124. Received a Majic Kids, Inc. letter today and my wife and I sat down to read it. Because it was a “sounds too good to be true” thing about making vast wealth with just a flier to use to rack in customers to their supposed web site to buy their kids clothing, I decided to check them out, thus bringing me to your site. Thank God I did. We were almost ready to invest in this thing. This kind of Scamming to this sized should most definetly be met with a very large law suit. There are federal civil and criminal laws to cover this sort of scam/fraud work artist. Thanks for the consumer beware alert about this Zaken stuff.

As for the BBB,they will not get involved with these jerks. They just say that they are under investigation and the BBB can not do anything at this time!!!This does nothing to help anyone!!Here’s an idea, why not put the BBB in the same building with the FDA, Then they both can share the same receptionist’s that are so well trained to do absolutely nothing, and at least help consumers with a tax break!!! It is no wonder why almost everyone walks around so pissed off!!I am about ready to pour gasoline on my computer and light it up, before I get sucked into another scam and loose every dime I’ve ever saved!!There are literally no words in all the languages out there to express my disgust in this system called the internet!!Please won’t some of you nerds and computer geeks develope an honest internet and or site. Please we are begging you people to help and save us all!!!!!!!!!”Helpless in Seatle” and every place in america!!!!!!!!!!!

  137. I was also taken in by this “too good to be true” deal. I was looking for the Zaken Liquidation site when I stumbled onto this one. I called my credit card company and they assured me the transaction had not gone through yet. They suggested I report it as a lost or stolen credit card to void the numbers in Zaken’s possesion. I thank all of you people out there reporting this guy. I had written a check for more “tools” to help me and was going to mail it tomorrow. I will mail the Kit instead. Thanks again!!!

  139. Zaken Is NOT a Scam!!!It seems everyone on this site are jumping into conclusions before they even try the program, or give it a decent chance. I’ve been a Zaken associate for 9 months now and am very happy. They have sold some of my deals, a few were small and two of the commissions were high. This program is not a magical way of making money but it works if you work it. No, it’s not a garden of roses, but I can tell you from my 9 month experience with Zaken, they are not a scam.

  141. I stumbled on to this website by accident. I read the reviews & most of them were very negative about Zaken. I ordered the quick sell manual (on credit card)& I received a nice letter with a dollar attached to it & the manual. I looked it over & decided it was not for me, I figured a best case scenario, If I submitted 6 deals & they accepted only accepted 1, the other 5 would have been a waste of my time & efforts. I sent the package & dollar back with a letter that I decided this business was not for me. About a week later I received a phone call from someone at the Zaken Co. tellng me that they received the package back & they will not bill my credit card, remember the 30 days? Anyways my credit card statement came in & like they said I was not charged any $. So I really don’t know if the planned works cuz I didn’t try it. I have also received in the mail letters from Magic Kids. I have gone on their website, they do have clothes you could buy. I am still doing more research on them at this time. Check this out…I live in California & Zaken Office & Magic Kids are about 40 miles apart. next time I’m in that area, I’ll stop by & pay them a visit. BOTTOM LINE just because a website or someone says something is good or bad doesn’t make it true. You need to do your own research from several different sources before you decide to do or buy anything! Beleive me, I know there are scams out there but there are also many legitimate business out there. So there is your free review, Keep the faith & but proceed with caution. Prosperity to all!

Thanks to all for the reviews!

  143. I have not received a letter from this company. However, I work for a non-profit organization which helps needy people with food, utility bills, and rental assistance and we were mailed a flier from Magic Kids with a cold number on it. The prices of the clothes sounded so good that we have told some of our clients about it. I just googled MagicKids tonight to find out more about it and found all these complaints. We have not encouraged anyone to go into business with this company, but we have referred some clients there to buy children’s clothes. Are we sending them to a disreputable company that will not send them the merchandise? Can someone please tell me if the clothes are of good quality and a good value? Our clients cannot afford to be ripped off!!!

  144. I received a very professionally done letter in the mail with phone numbers on it and every thing. I call the number and someone answered the phone and answered my questions so I thought this was really a legitimate opportunity. The letter was asking for 160 or 180 dollars to get started, I hesitated at first then thought about it and decided to give it a chance since it sound so convincing and good. I even ordered more supplies after receiving the program because I noticed that we really were not given enough of what we needed. I worked, did everything I was instructed to do and have not received anything from the results of my hard work. They sent me another offer, again asking for more money up front, needless to say it went straight in the garbage. 146. Many months ago I got involved with the Zaken Corporation but have never benefited from any of their projects. To be exact, late last year 2007 I received a letter from the president, Tiran Zaken describing a quick and easy way to make hordes of money without leaving my house. I took him up on it and sent for the course. Before I knew what was happening Mr. Zaken mailed me another letter making me another offer, not having gotten started on the first project.
Well, like a fool I decided to try this one too. So I mailed him big bucks this time amounting over $1,000.00 plus.
When I realized I wasn’t getting anywhere I made attemps to contact Mr. Zaken to inform him of my frustration from not receiving or making progress in any of his plans, but to no avail. The telephone was always busy; left recorded messages but never received a return call. I thank people like you who put a website out like this to warn others. It may be too late for me but it can save others who are using their hard earned savings or retirement to earn a little extra in these hard times.
This message is for Mike A. I am also interested in filing a class action lawsuit. If you know of how I can get involved please call me at 323-296-5025. We have to put a stop to these crimminals. They belong behind bars. Please advise. Thanks

  150. I have just received a letter for Magic Kids, Inc. that sounds a lot like the above letters. Only the name sending it on my letter is Isaac Mizrahi. He even gives his address on the letter! It promises the same as the above letters: No direct contact with customers, 50% of the profits on sales earning up to $5,000.00/month for 2-3 hours work a week, “no payment” for 30 days (send in POST DATED check) and all I had to do was use his circular. I went to magickidsinc.com and came across this website. I am so glad I did!!!!! I was thinking about it and I wanted to see if there was a website. Instead, I found this. I am very glad I have a healthy skepticism about making money with little or no work involved. Thank you for saving me $147.00 (that is what was requested as a POST DATED check). Unfortunately, all the scams that are going on are going to hurt the really legitimate companies out there. I have read an article about online businesses and it said, “If the business asks you to send them money, it is a scam. A legtimate company will not ask you to pay to work for them.”

I reiterate the name of the guy on my letter: ISAAC MIZHARI.

  151. Thanks to all who share their comments. It really helps others of us who are too trusting.
I too fell for Zakin and almost convinced my daughter, but she’s too smart. She looked up this column and said she read “all night” your comments. Next morning I clled my bank and put a “stop payment” on the $146 check I had sent.
Thanks to all of you.We must be more vigilent. Inquire! Google them all! Send no money.
In July I got a $1,000,000. winning letter from another skam. I called the BBB about them and learned there was no such address nor office. I gave this to my post master and he sent it to the Postmaster General in Washington to be investigated.
I have also learned, when looking up info on government grants, NOT TO FILL IN ANY BLANKS.
There are so many skams there too, but there ARE SOME REAL grants also—just HAVE THEM CALL YOU and send NO MONEY UP FRONT.
God bless, and be careful. Evy

  152. I found you on Google and am glad to see the truth . I can afford to lose $147 but many can’t. So I hope he is sued and put out of business … the only thing is that in these times people are desparate and that stinks ….this guy needs a good slap in the puss … just like the girl he is ….

  153. Well, I was hoping this was ligitimate. I sent in the $174.78, post-dated check, thinking it was safe to try out the program. After receiving the kit in the mail, I tried it and was unimpressed with the lack of results. I called, and they told me all I had to do was send back the certificate, and my check would be returned. I did this, but never received my check back. This morning, (3 months later) I found they had cashed my check. I am livid. Thank God for this website. I found the phone # in one of the complaints, and contacted them right away. Looks like they will issue a refund. Penny H.

  154. As a social security recipient, I was thrilled to be able to get into something which would enable me to make some “extra” money. After spending about 300.00 in advertising and supplies, I have receive zip…nada…zero in commissions. Magickids is truly “magic” the way it makes money for them. It is beyond me how these companies can perpetrate these scams without coming to the attention of government regulators. Ah,well. There’s a sucker (me) born every day.

  156. the zaken corp,is a company that anyone affiliated with it should hang their head in shame for willingly aiding this guy to bilk the unfortunate nieve people that are just trying to make ends meet and along comes Tiran and takes the food out of their mouths. The other thing that makes me and others sick is that when we wake up we find that we have been scammed by a very ruthless person, that is actually laughing at how easy it was to suck us in. I hope that this message prevents someone from giving this corporation his\her grocery money…

The company is real but I believe the only site that will make money is the magic kids inc site and not any distributor linked site. Thanks.

  160. Looks like I’m another sucker that was born too!! I don’t think I’m going to even bother with trying to get my money back I will just cancel the check! took them 2 1/2 weeks to send me my kit which gives me 2 1/2 wks to try it for free not 30 days like they said. Thanks for the imfo. But I’m truely the one to blame for not looking it up before I ordered it. I just wanted to better my family. I have 6 kids and wanted to give them a decsent life without money worries. So much for dreams to come true without hard work and no time with them :(

  161. I ordered the EBay marketing system. I had used EBay in the past and I had just opened up a store and was looking to expand my inventory. I thought it sounded good. It did too good to be true!

I ordered the system, ( I had 30 days to try it before they charged my account) and started it the first day I got it. Nothing happened, big suprise. I tried it for the month with no results.

There are only a few items and there are a ton of people trying to sell the exact same items .

Anyway, I called Zaken on the 8th to find out how to ship the program back to them, I had to leave a message. Called back two days later, again I had toleave a message. Called back two days later, on the 12th and finally got a hold of someone.

I was told that my card wasn’t going to be charged until the 18th but that he would push back the date until the 25th so I wouldn’t get charged. I went that day to the post office and mailed it back by priority mail like I was instructed. I got delivery confirmation for it.

Delivery confirmation showed that it was delivered on the 15th. I thought that I was safe. Never think that with Zaken!

My checking account was charged the fee on the 18th! Because I didn’t have the money to cover it, like I knew I wouldn’t we also got charged 3 overdraft fees.

I called Zaken on the 18th, was told that my account would be moved up to the first position in the refunds. Why wasn’t it handeled as soon as they got it? And why was I charged on the 18th and not the 25th like I was promised?

I told them that I was holding them responsible for the overdraft fees that I incurred and wanted them to refund those fees as well.

The program fees were eventually reversed but the overdraft fees were not credited. So, I called back and rexplained the situation again and how it was their fault. I was told that he would check in to it, he took my name and number and was suppose to get back to me.

I didn’t hear anything so I called again. This time I was told that this was a matter for upper management and that he would talk to upper management and get back to me.

Again, I didn’t hear anything. I called back again, this time extreemly irate. Explained the situation again. Was told that the person who was handeling my account was no longer with the company and the request must have been lost when he left.

She told me that this was a case for upper management and she was not authorized to help me. I demanded to speak to her supervisor and was transferred. Guess what, I got her voice mail!

I left an angry message stating that I want the money that I am owed and that I require someone to contact me immediately or I will take further steps to collect my money.

That was an hour ago. We will see if they get a hold of me. I seriously doubt it.

  162. By Debbie November 08 2008 I just received a letter in the mail from Isaac urgent 3 day’s to respond. It’s guaranteed to make you at least $2,500 in 30 day’s. Asking for a check or credit card # promising not to cash or take from credit card account for 30 day’s. He’s calling it EBay Sales Program. Asking for a separate check for $14.95 S&H. I am so glad I checked this out on the web first I don’t have money to burn! It burn’s me up when I think I could have been involved with a jackass co. that spend their time ripping people out of their hard earned money!!! For the life of me I don’t understand how some people live with themselve’s. I truely beleive in the old saying what goes around come’s around . You will reap what you sow! We have to have hope or we have nothing. The tricky part is knowing where to find it. AVOID Magickids Co.!!!!!

  163. Thank You all for the compassion to make everyone aware of the scam these people are doing. I have heard and read mostly about people working “for” Zaken Corp and Buying from them, BUT I AM A MANUFACTURER OF A VERY CREATIVE PRODUCT AND WAS LOOKING TO LIQUIDATE MY INVENTORY AND HAD GOTTEN RESPONSES FROM THIS ZAKEN CORP (NEVER HIMSELF) ALWAYS SOMEONE REPRESENTING HIM. VERY SHADY, THEY HAD MADE AN OFFER TO PAY ME ABOUT 16,000 FOR ALL OF MY INVENTORY, NOW THEY WANT SAMPLES SENT TO THEM WITH A LETTER STATING THAT WE ACCEPT THEIR BID. I am stuck now because of reading all of these scams, but my situation is diff. My husvband and I are very skeptical of this company and now especiually seeing all of the bad things written on them. My internet company is set up through Paypal, which is the only way I accept payment-I feel it secures both seller and buyer as far as 1. buyer and seller do NOT see any confidential or financial information on the opposite party. 2. Paypal has SSL (secured server which is encrypted for even more security) 3. Fast payment 4. Verfied through the post office (Payal states wether the address has never been confirmed and if they are ineligble-WHICH MEANS DONT SELL/SHIP TO THEM) ALL in ALl Paypal is used on many webstes, like ebay.

i am not sure what kind of transaction these people would do. BUT I am NOT STUPID either. I just want some feedback from anyone out there who has dealt with them, in this fashion. I am not about to lose the 50,000$ i put into this creation/invention and patent becasue they dont agree to do it my way…

    Thanks

  164. We have sent out hundreds of letters with only one serious reply. Zakin has not acknowledged the item that we offered for sale in any way.

  165. I ordered and received Magickids program. Was asked to order all kinds of magickids card, advertisements to advertise their clothes. But instead, I made copies of some they had send me, cause I was not believing all they said on the kid they send. Spend eight dollars on paper for computer, made copies and spend all in all about one hour to two, putting copies on windshields. Now after almost a two months have not seen anything, except for more advertisement to join this and that program and send 100 to 400 dollars for other ways to make money. Which I have thrown in the trash, only last such ad I got I put it in an envelope they had send, and send the application back, with the writing on it NO WAY, HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ALL COPIES OF YOUR ADS, PUT OUT. NO INCOME, NO MORE INTEREST FROM ME. And mailed, such back to their company or office, or whereever they are operating from. Now that I seen and read all this articles, their program goes into the trash, and is forgotten. Thanks for the info put out, from your office, and area.

    Sincerely
    Ernesto Sanchez

  166. I actually drove out to the Magic Kids USA/Zaken Corporation office in Canoga Park on Remmet Ave. about 6 months ago to purchase the start up kit that cost me about $150.00. They gave me a tour of the warehouse that was filled with all sorts of clothing. They were acting really nervous that I had showed up at their office and so after the tour they took me in a room in what I now believe was an effort to distract me from inquiring about the rest of the office. This office was a pretty good size but the room that they took me in was very small and it looked like a dump, a young lady said that this was their break room. However, I wouldn’t have eaten in there. I paid for the kit left and drove back to Los Angeles and began to promote my business via the internet, pay per click, merchantcircle.com, and multiple flyers that myself and others passed out. I being an Evangelist thought it would do me some good business wise so I notified several of my church members and my Pastor about the site and was told that several people placed orders. To date I have not been paid anything from their purchases and none of my church members names appear in my list of customers. Magic Kids USA/Zaken Corp. is a definite SCAM. Their initial contact to me was noted on the letter as The Zaken Corporation, then when I never responded they sent me a new letter from Magic Kids USA in the name of Issac Mizrahi I bought into it and got scammed like everyone else I have spoken to did. They continue to send me literature that ask for more money to get a website and other info. 12/02/08.

  168. I also ordered from the Zaken Corp. and was ripped-off to thetune of $174.00. That was six months ago. As soon as I received the materials, I recognized it for the junk that it is and immediately demanded a refund. It is now Dec. and they are still stonewalling about my refund. If anyone has details on this class-action lawsuit please E-mail me imediately with the details so that I can become a part of it.
