You’re paying too much to Google!
Craig Proctor and his coaching team discourage you from managing your own Google Adwords account for your SuccessWebsite. Which I understand why. If you’re going to be a successful real estate agent there are better things for you to be focusing on.
However, if you follow their suggestion to let SuccessWebsite support manage your Google Adwords account you will be paying far too much to Google. In fact, you could easily end up paying more to Google than you do to SuccessWebsite! Unfortunately, the support team at SuccessWebsite needs to get up to speed with the secrets to fine-tuning an Adwords campaign. And until they figure it out, you will be picking up the bill.
What worked in a hot market, needs to be re-evaluated in a slower market. As I’ve heard Danny Griffin say scores of times, and I agree with him 100%, is that we need to maintain a “mentality of frugality.”
