Program review by Merle Braley, Internet Marketing AdvisorOf all the programs I’ve looked at for real estate agents Greg Luther’s Residential Investor Network holds the most promise for generating huge income. In this system, all properties are purchased by investors for rent-to-own tenants. The tenant purchaser puts up a sizable non-refundable option to purchase the home within a year.
This is not for the meek real estate agent just testing the water. There’s a high cost to get into the system including a high monthly subscription fee. So, you better be commited to working the system or you’ll go broke. That said, there’s such a well thought out step-by-step how-to system in place and lot’s of support from Greg that the costs of his system would be well worth it. The revenue model has money coming from investor memberships, regular sales commissions, tenant match fees, management fees for collecting the rent, and paperwork fees to name a few.
Many of the Platinum Members of Craig Proctor’s QuantumLeap system are now also using Greg Luther’s system. Greg is a Platinum Member as well and it’s clear that he was greatly influenced by Craig Proctor in developing this new system.
RECOMMENDATION: Charles W. Moore sells an inexpensive eBook called Million Dollar Rent-To-Own Real Estate Secrets Exposed and throws in a pile of other bonuses. This is well worth checking out.

I too have been using his system and understand that it generates money not only for the Realtor involved but most importantly for the investors they represent. I have been very impressed with the quality of the Rent-To-Own tenant they attract for the homes. I have never seen a system that generates so much revenue for a real estate investor and I was able to get into the system and my first property with less than $5,000! It looks as though we will net $31,400 from the first property.
