I have high regard for Chief Denney. He specializes in educating and structuring deals for serious real estate investors. He and his partner Dave Stech focus on REOs, note pools, and investing in the GO Zone. They are a real class act and I highly recommend them for anyone interested in investing in these areas. As with any business decision, it is your responsibility to perform your own due diligence.
And yes, his real name is Chief. He told me his parents were flower children. Okay. So, he didn’t say it that way, but you get the idea.
